Carneros Resort And Spa, Napa

Our stay was pleasant, but there were some major drawbacks that impacted our experience. The room we received was not what we expected, and we had to deal with cleanliness issues and a lack of responsiveness regarding our concerns. The dining options were enjoyable, and the outdoor spaces were a nice addition, but overall the value for money felt lacking given the initial expectations.

We recently stayed at Carneros for our anniversary, drawn by its promised retreat vibes and luxury. The setting was indeed beautiful, with cozy cottages and lovely grounds to wander. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by subpar service that didn't meet our expectations given the price. While we did enjoy the serene environment and great accommodations, the attentiveness of the staff left much to be desired.

I returned to Carneros expecting fond memories, but faced a few challenges during my stay. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was not properly cleaned at check-in, which was quite disappointing. The location is beautiful, allowing for relaxing views over the vineyards, yet I felt the overall experience could have matched the price point better. I hope they can resolve these issues, as the amenities have great potential.
